Physician. Educator. Advocate

Welcome

Welcome to a place where prevention, empowerment, and equity are at the heart of every patient journey. Everyone deserves access to the tools and support needed to achieve optimal health, no matter their background, zip code, or circumstances. Through evidence-based, whole-person care, I help individuals harness the power of nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and social connection to prevent and reverse chronic disease. My approach is rooted in health equity, ensuring that personalized, culturally relevant solutions meet each person where they are.

Bringing Health to You

Who is
Chrissy J, MD

As a champion for health equity, I live the phrase “To whom much is given, much is required” throughout my career path in medicine and medical education, research pursuits, leadership activities, and dedication to serving the most vulnerable communities. I knew from childhood that I wanted to be a doctor, the big question was how to get there. I achieved my goal and am now a double boarded Lifestyle Medicine and Family Physician with a passion for serving the underserved. I utilize the skills that I have developed from my extensive leadership experiences and research background paired with both medical and educational doctorates to advocate for equity in all spaces- health and otherwise. My philosophy- center the people in their health, care, and decisions so that health reflects each unique person rather than a standardized care plan.
